Floating Hotel Design Concept by KILKORO Architekci

The houseboat hotel that has been designed is an attempt to create a non-standard building which, if necessary, will increase the number of accommodation places in Poznań. A hotel on water is, on a country scale, a pioneering solution. It reminds of the character of a riverside city, which has been lost as a result of the fill of Warta’s old riverbed. The suggested design solution is a consequence of Poznań’s hotel industry needs. Moreover, the building is a great solution to Euro 2012. The project is also to become the pretext to the visits in Poznań and also, to make Poznań similar in its modernity to the cities of western Europe such as Amsterdam or London.
